Forum Rules



Note: These rules can be changed, edited and added to at any time. It is your responsibility to keep updated with them.

#1. Keep things simple and easy to understand
English is the official language on this forum. We understand that some players here come from other countries and speak a variety of different languages, but we kindly ask that if you do need to use another language to add a translation of your post, so that the rest of the community can also understand. Don't post entire sentences in capitals or special characters to draw attention. Such topics like "IIIIIII AMMMMMMMMMM THE MASTARRRR U R TEH Noo0b!" will be considered spam and removed.

#2. Be nice to everyone
Don't harass or curse out at other players. If you feel the need to bash someone, please do it elsewhere. Understand that English may not be a player's primary language and that words can accidentally be taken out of context or misconstrued. Try not to bite their head off. Negative aggression may also arise from heated debates. If you need help resolving a conflict, you can ask a moderator to step in to settle the dispute.

#3. Keep on-topic
Please post threads on the appropriate board. Threads posted in the wrong section will either be locked, moved or simply deleted. Try also not to divert away from the original thread topic. It gets extremely confusing keeping track of a discussion if several topics are discussed at once. If you want to talk about another issue, feel free to start another thread.

#4. No double posting
Post your message once, on the appropriate board. Posting the same message across several boards will be considered spam and removed. Don't bump your threads nor double post. Please allow other players to respond first.

#5. No advertising
No Advertising of ANY type will be tolerated. If you are found to be continuously posting ads or spam without express permission from a moderator or administrator, your account will be banned.

#6.No illegal content
No content relating to sex, violence, gambling, drugs and racial, gender and religious discrimination nor illegally copyrighted content should be placed in your forum signature, personal profile and posts. Please keep in mind that this game is open for several age groups. If you're unsure about whether or not the content you're posting is permitted, kindly ask a moderator in advance.

#7. No Plagiarism
Dragon's Call does not tolerate plagiarism in any type or form. Images, text or any other borrowed content must be properly referenced.

#8. Respect the moderators
The Moderators here are (sort of) friendly and willing to help. Feel free to bug them if you come across a problem on the forum. Please respect a Moderator's final decision. If you think you have been warned or banned without any apparent reason, send a PM to an administrator.

#9. Keep the size of your signature down
Forum signatures have a maximum size of 500 x 150 pixels. Your signature may be deleted if it exceeds this limit. No one enjoys having to scroll down half a page just to get to the next post.

#10. No Trolling
As defined in Wikipedia, a troll is "someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion." So please don't be one. If you do happen to come across one, don't feed it. No one wants to deal with that mess after. Just report it to your nearest friendly neighbourhood moderator.
