New Guild Rank
Guild Member of The Week: The guild member who has the most contribution points, and brings in the most popularity per week.
Duration: 7 days, cannot be obtained for 2 consecutive weeks.
Reward: 1x Bound Dragon Rune

Veteran Member: Members who have been in the Guild for more than 6 months.
Duration: Until they leave the Guild.
Reward: 10% increased gain of Contribution Points and Popularity during Guild Quest and Wars. 10% Cheaper Contribution cost when working in the Guild, buying welfare, or buying items from the warehouse.

Guild Staff Update
- Co-leader: will take leadership from current leader if he/she has been inactive for more than 2 weeks or has left the guild without appointing a new leader. (They have the same abilities and permissions as a leader, just one level lower)
- Vice Leaders: a total of 4 Vice Leaders per guild. As of right now, a total of 3 staff (leader included) is not enough to handle 87 other members.

Join Date and Note
A date of a member joining a Guild should be implemented. We should not have to guess when a member has joined and how long they have been there. This update will help out with inactivity sweeps to remove deadweight within the guild. Personally, I have some members who have contributed 0 on everything, and I sometimes can't remember if I accepted them just yesterday, or a week ago.
Note: Yes, I know there's an offline time, but there are certain cases where a member is "Long-Term Online", comes on everyday, but doesn't contribute or speak in Guild chat. Those are some reasons why a date of joining needs to be on the list.

While you are adding the join date, a note field would be good. This way, if someone is going on vacation or away for a weekend or something, they can put a short note there so that others in their guild would know where they are.

Guild Bulletin
The Bulletin has a limit on how many characters can be on it, but it doesn't show how many are remaining. It's annoying sometimes when you type up something on the Bulletin, and then it tells you that you've wrote too much. Everything will be lost and you're going to have to write everything again, hoping it'll fit this time.
The bulletin should be expanded to a minimum of 500 characters, and have a "Characters remaining" in the top right, or left hand corner. This will prevent players from needing to have external forums and websites to store information.

Guild Quest Aids
Some people do not refresh constantly to see if the person they're aiding is still alive or not. They continuously aid them until 5 mins go by and they're still being aided by someone else. Aiding should not be allowed if the person they're aiding has died in the next phase. This can reduce the number of members who cannot aid others for half a day.

Most guilds have their numens posted somewhere, however there are times where the numens are the same for the first four phases. By showing which phase the player is on in guild chat, it'll help them keep track instead of having to guess. For example, Phase 1: XXX was aided by YYY.

i agree with more than half of wat u have here, very thought out and does have sopme examples, i will support thi(not just cuz we r form same server) but it does have some good pts in it, and i do agree that they should be addressed

The guild member[doesn't matter from which guild] with the highest Contribution gain, would get the reward like on... Sunday or Monday along with the VIP. That'd be feasible, would take work but would be feasible

I think these are vital updates to Guilds, and well overdue in my opinion. I'd be really happy to see them implemented
