cuzz if i count good for made back them i will need 30 shinning gems (price is 7-10g each)   for made 5 fragarach shard and aprox 30 frageron soul essense and do you know how long its take made it.and in all that i still don had count the ungrade

Tracy there is a flaw in your record keeping system. This is the 2nd major item to disappear within a very short time of each other yet you state they do not exist.

Contrary to the records, I’m sure there is much strong valid evidence that brings us to the conclusion that HeavySoldier’s (Earthen) Fragarach Bow did indeed exist, and wasn’t destroyed.
1.        From any aspect, had the bow not exist, or he destroyed the weapon himself, there would be no cause for this complaint. I’m sure your records can trace back to ascertain that his frag bow did indeed at one point exist.
2.        Next off, Pyromonkey, HeavySoldier, HakureiReimu, and I are just a few eyewitnesses. Feel free to call on any number of our server’s players, and they will certainly acknowledge the evidence that the bow did indeed at some point exist.
3.        No, reasonable player would ever destroy their strongest weapon, especially when one has invested in it a fair amount of gold for enchantment, gems for socketing and frag shards, and time for frageron soul essence. Overall it totals to 25 frageron soul essence, which even by S1/S2/S3 prices is roughly 25g to 35g. Then he had to use 6 fragarach shards, equivalent to 6 superior gems, or 36 shining gems, along with the required PCs and gold for synthesis. Then he had to bump his enchantment level a total of 6 times, which even using enchantment stones, requires roughly 30g. Lastly, he had several excellent and shining gems already socketed in, and that accounts for a hefty bit of gold as well.

I think that this player deserves all 25 essence, 6 frag shards, 1 ice shard, and 24 Dragon crystals. Just to make up for his original bow. Then as for compensation for his lost time, weapon, and money, probably several shining or excellent gems, along with extra fragarach forge items.
Next off, I want to state a major point that, previously Hawk lost many items, in a similar situation to this.
1.)        8 silver badges
2.)        Demon King
3.)        Ethereal Wings/Gmut
4.)        500 crystal from transaction errors
5.)        A Frag V weapon

There is no reason why this should be happening for the fifth time. Please if you can't compensate HeavySoldier, try and look for some kind of bug and patch it so we don't go through this ever again.
