First of all..
Why Hobson do the complain and not the involve one? CMWallace.
Did you guys ask anyone if what was the reason on posting like that? As a common reason,a rebellion,but that's not actually a rebellion.

Let me start with these. We all know, everybody hates an arrogant people, especially staffs, and not only just staff, its a CM. A CM that should implemented the rules correctly and not arrogantly. A CM that should be a good follower of the rules also to be idolized by the other followers. But why these issue existed? Ive been a Trial Game Helper also, I know what is my limitations. I know what is right and what is wrong. I tried to implement the rules as politely as i can even in a short period of time. And because of being busy in my real life, i didnt continue my commitment, ive been detagged. I know, in that time, i learned and been awared on what are the punishment of that, a curse. So, do you ask guys why did I make that? Only the answer is, to be notice by the Higher staffs bout the resentment/displeasure being an ordinary player has. So, you guys still doesnt have care about these?

Anyway, I deeply ask my apologies for the players that was affected by these, but still, i believe on what im fighting for coz im only doing these just for the good of the server.

Way back when the servers are not merged, like we did in s5 before, Yes I admit that sometimes im one of the Trollers in S5 BUT we can easily be handled its because They treat us like we should be treated properly, they respect and treat as well, So we repay them on what they shown to us.

Think further, if you bann DW these will stop? As far as we know, banning for one player couldnt stop these issue unless doing better things. Think about it.

just saying a large block of emotes is an instant mute and the rules specifically state a block of 5 or more is an instant mute that is correctly implemented

Dark you started that because I put three words in caps... 3 words is completely within the rules. Rule 3: No spamming in World Chat. We have developed some anti-spam guidelines. These will help teach you how to have fun and not annoy other players. Please try to respect them as much as possible. We are flexible when it comes to spam, but if many of the active World Chat players plead with you to quit and you do not, you may be muted for anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes to give you a "cool down" time in order to ease the chat flow. Please try to follow these anti-spam guidelines: e) Please do not use more than 10 fully capitalized words for every 4 sentences you post.
But when you blow up in world chat and start talking in all caps that's not ok. We warned you twice, we didn't mute we warned... and then you started spamming emotes. And the good of the server? Spamming emotes when players begged you to stop? That's not for the good of the server. That's a troll mad for a petty reason. You should have thought about that before acting so immature.

b) Please do not post more than 1 request for mercs/instance leaders every minute.

d) Please try to refrain from using repeated dashes, commas, periods, etc. in or between several words or letters.
e) Please do not use more than 10 fully capitalized words for every 4 sentences you post.
f) Please do not use more than 2 emotes within a single chat entry. Blocks of 5 or more emotes will warrant an instant 10 minute "cool off" mute.
g) Please do not post more than 2 item shows within 1 minute.
h) Excessive spam will warrant an instant mute. This includes but is not limited to: Large blocks of incoherent text that have nothing to do with anything, large blocks of emotes (5 or more), and repeated spam violations after recently serving a full mute time.

Now, the above is self-explanatory and should go without saying that if you spam, you'll get warned or in other cases will get instantly muted. It's an easy concept.

You're an Ex-GH, whom should know better then to spam blocks of emotes like that, so it's actually saddening to see really given there is as wallace has said, but not just flexibility in regards to spam, but in most rules currently there.

Now, that i've said my bit, I say yes to a Dragon's Curse in this case

i will give my say to this..i know his a pain in the ...banana...and i hate his guts for being such a troll so much in s8/s5..but still he deserve's a chance. even though how evil he maybe; a perma ban is kinda over. if he could apologize and WILL NOT repeat it again and will be monitored by gh's under probation why not give him a chance? i could talk to him and ask him to apologize here and admit his mistakes. 3 day ban i will agree but perma no. I've  seen much worst than him in this forums. so please reconsider my proposal.

Is that Provoking? the same emote was getting quite annoying and he wasn't going to stop.

I have talked with Dark Warlord, I think there was a misunderstanding of the rule on his part.  Hence why this conflict started.  He knows that the emotes were wrong.
But, felt provoked when he said something about a rule that he misunderstood.  Not something that has never happened to any one of us, a misunderstanding.
I think this would better be solved by an apology by those involved, and a continued learning experience by us all.  We need to get along, all of us, staff, players and all.
Dark Warlord was a GH for me in S5, and I think that he respects me, and until i am proven wrong I will believe in him as a player.  Sometimes things get a little out of hand and I am sorry that I can't be on more to help out with this kind of thing.  But for now I say this, I will get the four of us together, and try and resolve this, without a Dragons Curse.  If we can't solve it like that way, then we can proceed from there.

As per our conversation with TPOL, it is now clear for me and I learned. I only stand and defend myself with refer to my beliefs concerning for the good of our server. Im accepting my mistakes due to my misinterpretation/misunderstanding about the rule and admitting that I have a lack of knowledge on it.

Respecting all of you on whatever decision you will give. Im only human, having a lots of imperfection and now deeply asking your forgiveness, and to apologize on what I did.

ok here is where i step in as CoM....your a ex-GH Dark and should know better.Since TPOL has talked to you and you understand,you will only receive a strike against you....that means a month probation beginning today,since I am just getting to this thread....any messup during this probation time and you will receive worse,undserstood?!?
