(Updated)Stilland's Memorial Day and Treasure Hunting Event, 2012

With Memorial Day coming up, Dragon's Call team is pleased to announce that we will be having a very special treasure hunter event. Ready to become a great treasure hunter? The Dragon's Call awaits you!

Event Time:

(EST time) May 27th 23:00 PM - June 6th 22:00 PM, 2012
(GMT+8) May 28th 11:00 AM - June 7th 10:00 AM, 2012

Background story:

One fateful day, King Pytheus, the greatest mortal ruler of Stilland was mere miles away from the port on the mainland.  Suddenly, the ship hit a sunken coral reef and sent the ship into a watery grave. News of the sunken ship belonging to King Pytheus sent every voyager into the high seas scouring for lost treasures. After many months, the caches finally arrived back on the mainland. The teams of scavengers unloaded their hefty treasure collections off the ships and onto the transports. When everyone was finally prepared, they set out to each city in Stilland prepared to share the wealth with all those in the land.  

Though in the wild, another plan was already stirring. The Great Pander tribes sought to destroy the transport caravans and keep all of the wealth for themselves. The greatest PanderChief, Tuhk'sei, called on all the tribes of Stilland to band together. The Pander tribes descended upon each caravan with bloodthirsty rage. They slayed quickly any soul that sought to stop their attacks. With the riches in their possession, soon came another problem.

The Pander tribes soon started a war within themselves as each one sought to gain the entirety of the wealth for their own. The great diety, Quillas, had foreseen all of this and knew the decision he had to make. Lord Quillas reigned down with his almighty power and appeared before the Pander tribes. "You seek to gain, yet all your will can process is greed and destruction. Even now, the tribes of Panderkin fight among each other in order to seek wealth and prosperity. For this reason, none of you shall see another bit. That is my word."  With that, the great Quillas displayed his awesome power as a ravaging, golden light and wind swept through the trees and rolled through the plains gathering every bit of treasure that had been recovered from the seas. Quillas motioned his hands to the sky as the whirling storm of treasure rose to the clouds. "May the lands be rich, and your souls be forsaken. I now give back to the land, its rightful possession."  Quillas clapped both hands over his head and the sky burst into with blinding light as the treasures were scattered about the land.  As the light subsided, so did the Lord Quillas.

The years have passed and still, every year, the citizens of Stilland celebrate and honor the great King Pytheus. The Royal Treasury of Stilland has requested a full recovery of the lost treasure of Pytheus. The time has come to collect the treasure back from the land. It has been many years since that fateful day, and the creatures of Stilland have discovered pieces of the treasure scattered throughout the land. It is your task to collect the treasure back from the monsters and return them to the towns they were bound for. You now have the chance to plunder the joys of treasure hunting while ridding Stilland of the creatures the disturb it daily. In doing so, you will become rich and truly show your respect to the once great King Pytheus.

How to enter

During the event, you will receive Treasure Coins as random drops from monsters.
Players will be able to combine 3 Treasure Coins of the same type to receive a special item.

Item Drop --- Gems --- Level of Monster

Copper Coin --- X Splinter of Lucky Gem --- 1 - 20
Silver Coin --- X Lesser Lucky Gem --- 21 - 40
Gold Coin ---X Lucky Gem --- 41 - 60
Purple Coin ---X Greater Lucky Gem --- 61 - 80
Mythril Coin --- X Regal Lucky Gem --- higher than 81
Magic coin --- X Iridescent Lucky Gem --- higher than 101
Crystal coin --- X Lustrous Lucky Gem --- higher than 121

X=0 - 3 (Depends on your luck!)

Note: The Treasure Coins and Gems will be bound with the players automatically.

i only do Gq (and guess im not the only one) and  now i did a casual merc, wich gave me a crystal coin.. I was like event??huh?? and its a gem event!!
soo..right... were they ever gonna tell us there was an event going on???...(or dont they want the no t paying players be happy with ''free'' gems..)

This announcement is 4 days old and the event started 2 days ago. If you were more active than just logging in to do guild quest, you would have known that. When I want to know if there's an event coming up I check the announcements on these forums and it hasn't caused me to miss an event yet. What do you want a personal message from the GMs?

its not even on the main server page or in the highlight'' or anywhere else ingame.. so yeah not every noob spends they life on this game and checks forum too.... maybe with a real game, but this aint worth it.. its just strange

so the event is only for the regular player who also watch forum daily?? i think you must be one of the few who aint lazy..
i was muted for 3 days.. so yeah, i wasnt real active.. server 3 chat is always dead so no-one gets informed there

thanks for the event guys it brought back memories of starting the game 2 years ago and actualy grinding away my AP , havnt had to do that since the wage system started , oh the joy of free VIP
